1. Acceptance of Terms

By hiring AVE Media for video editing and post-production services, you ("The Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement.

2. Scope of Services

AVE Media agrees to provide video editing services as outlined in the specific quote or proposal provided to the Client. This includes cutting, color grading, sound design, and rendering. Services requested outside the original scope will be subject to a separate quote.

3. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary assets (raw footage, logos, brand guidelines) in a timely manner.
• Ensure they own or have permission to use all materials provided to AVE Media.
• Respond to approval requests within 3 business days to ensure project timelines are met.

4. Payment Terms

• Projects under $500: Full payment is required upfront.
• Projects over $500: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, prior to final file delivery.
• Late Fees: Invoices overdue by 14 days incur a 5% late fee.

5. Revisions Policy

Our standard package includes two (2) rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Revisions must not constitute a change in the original scope. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client is granted a perpetual license to use the Final Video Product. AVE Media retains the right to use the work in our portfolio unless an NDA is signed. AVE Media retains ownership of project source files unless purchased separately.

7. Cancellation & Liability

If the Client cancels after work has begun, the deposit is forfeited. AVE Media's liability is limited strictly to the amount paid by the Client for the specific project.
